Naomi Alletson

Financial Planner and Owner

Naomi has over 20 years' experience in financial services and alongside her partner Chris, they took ownership of Achieveit Financial Planning in 2008.  The Achieveit Group is located in regional Qld and focuses on providing professional services for everyday mums and dads as well as small business owners.

Seeing first hand the impact of the financial crisis on the community due to the lack of financial literacy has seen Naomi become very passionate about providing financial education and being an advocate for the financial profession.  Naomi feels honoured to take the journey with her clients to achieving their financial goals knowing that the guidance provided means that clients are empowered to make their own informed financial decisions. 

Naomi holds a Bachelor of Economics from UNE Armidale (NSW), Dip. of Financial Planning (Securities Institute of Australia) and Fellow Chartered  Financial Practitioner designation with AFA.  Naomi has held a role on a National Advisory Council and is the current FPA Chapter Chair for Toowoomba/ Darling Downs Region.

Brian Wippell

Financial Planner

Brian joined the Achieveit Team in 2020, bringing along with him over 15 years' experience in the Financial services profession.

Growing up on the land in south western Queensland, Brian's down to earth values, passion for financial literacy and standards aligns and integrates as a valued member of the Achieveit team.

Brian is a dedicated Saturday morning Park Run participant. Not only for the local events but traveling to different locations to complete  the event.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. Brian is also a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Alana Kenealy

Client Relationship Co-Ordinator

Joining Achieveit Financial Planning in April 2021, Alana's high standards of customer service have been obtained in her previous 11 years' of working within the banking industry. During this time, Alana obtained her Certificate 3 in Financial Services.

Alana enjoys spending her free time with Family and friends or supporting the local retailers.



Carmen Bliss

Client Services Officer (Part Time)

Carmen works 3 days a week in the client services team. With over 10 years' collective experience in Business Administration, Carmen takes pride in getting the highly important albeit humdrum work done behind the scenes.

Carmen is also our creative spirit who enjoys nothing more than flexing her creative energy into anything sewing, gardening, painting or house renovations.

Carmen holds a Diploma in Business from TAFE Qld.

Erin Stevens

Client Services Officer (Part Time)

Hailing from the New England area in NSW, Erin has over 7 years' experience within the Financial Industry.

In her spare time, Erin hand raises budgies and loves all things crafting including upcycling furniture.

Erin holds a Diploma in Business.
