Naomi Alletson
Naomi commenced working at Achieveit Financial Planning in 2001 as an assistant to the Senior Financial Planner and has worked through all roles within the financial planning firm. Naomi and Partner Chris took over ownership of Achieiveit in 2008.
Naomi holds a Bachelor of Economics from UNE Armidale (NSW) and Dip. of Financial Planning (Securities Institute of Australia).
Naomi has previous experience working in small business finance and personal lending sectors.
Coming from a farming and small business background, Naomi has a passion for working with every day Mums and Dads and Small Business Owners.
Naomi has a firm belief in providing holistic, fee for advise based financial planning services.
Naomi is commited to supporting and eduation clients to enrich their lives and help them achieve financial success.

Janine Francis
Janine originally started with Achieveit Financial Planning after moving from the Gold Coast in 2004. She had previously been working as an accountant and wanted a change, so while she was studying for her Diploma of Financial Services, Janine came to work as a financial planning assistant.
Janine has a Bachelor of business majoring in Commerce from the University of Queensland and a Diploma of Financial Services through Kaplan. She has been a financial planner since 2006 and mainly focuses on strategy work for clients.
Janine grew up on a sheep and cattle property outside Charleville and went to boarding school on the Gold Coast for high school and ended up staying there for the next 20 (or so) years!
Janine's attitide is that anyone can achieve their financial goals if they have a plan to follow, revise and maybe tweak it occasionally as opportunities (and crisis) can occur. It doesn't always happen easily, but financial security is achieveiable to everybody with a bit of effort and planning.

Dominique Dietrich
Dom is Naomi PA and the receptionist for the whole office. She is passionate about providing a high standard of service to our clients and external providers.
Dom relocated from Tamworth last year with her husband and daughter
Sue Dakin
Sue has an extensive Financial Planning background. Her roles have varied from Compliance and Legislation to Risk and Business Analysis and is now tackling the other side of the Financial Planning experience!
Sue's main role is Client Services Officer and looks forward to helping Naomi and the other planners with providing the best possible service to our valued clients.
